MEET THE DESIGNER
Hi, I'm Kourtney, Founder and Principal Designer of Duality Design Co. I am a creative at my core, and an admirer of all things stunning. I believe in the power of beautiful interiors, and their ability to transform lives. My collection of work reflects classic design, with a twist of timelessness, and a hint of edge. I pride myself on being a resource and executor for home and small business owners, seeking access to livable luxury.
My design philosophy is based upon the belief that life inside of one’s space should feel good in every sense. A well-curated space should embody a bespoke, livable, and functional design. I do not feel that art has to match the furniture. Nor do I believe the contents of a room need to be themed. They should offer a unified presence of sophistication, elegance, and a cohesive flow that is well-balanced, harmonious, and rhythmic.
Over the last 10 years, I’ve had the pleasure of designing projects from luxury residences in the Milwaukee, WI to public spaces such as Edinger Surgical Options, Haywood Development Group, The Historic Garfield project, and worked with clients from Nevada to North Carolina.
I believe that design is not a privilege its a necessity, and every project is an opportunity to create an experience.

WILLYEM BOLES
Spatial & Rendering Artist
Willyem Boles is a hard working purpose filled individual. He believes in the power of education and strength and community. He has a Bachelor's of Science in Architecture and Urban Planning, as well as a Master's Degree in Architecture. With over 15 years of professional work experience in his field, makes him a key component of the Duality Design team.
TIWANA WARD
Lead Designer
Tiwana is both professional and dedicated. Her background in event design along with over 15 years of experience in small commercial and residential design has helped play a major role in her contribution to our firm. She shows great attention to detail with a willingness to learn and ability to execute tasks solo, or as a team player. Tiwana is committed and a wonderful addition to the Duality Design Team.
CARL HOWELL
Project Manager
Carl has been working with "gifted hands" as a contractor for over 12 years, in both the residential and small commercial realm. He holds a Bachelor's of Science degree in engineering, and certification as a General Contractor for residential and small commercial renovations. His attention to detail and dedication to the firm, make him the perfect addition to the Duality Design team.
Our boutique interior design studio centers on “intention”. It’s at the core of everything we do from caring for our clients to the selections we make. We believe that every design should be a balance of creativity and aesthetics, married with practical function.
